These are patients waiting to see the medical assistant. We don't have a doctor in Binaba, but we do have a medical assistant who does many tasks that a doctor would perform, a midwife, several community health nurses, a few ward aides, a pharmacist, and a few other people who are always at the health clinic but I don't really know their job.
